A Pilgrim’s Prayer

To see Christ in others and to be Christ for others.

Couple on the Camino de Santiago

Lord God,
whoever you bring into our path today,
may we see Christ in them,
and may they see Christ in us,
for your love’s sake. Amen.

John Pritchard, Pocket Prayers for Pilgrims (Kindle Locations 490-493). Hymns Ancient and Modern Ltd. Kindle Edition.

A simple prayer on this Monday in Lent. A simple prayer with profound implications as God answers and sends “whoever” into our path today. Be blessed in your walk today. ~Fr. Dan
