Keep me mindful of your guidance

Today, be mindful….

Couple on the Camino de Santiago

Holy One, you have made known to me the ways of life and have promised to fill me with the gladness of your presence. Keep me mindful of your guidance and your promise as I travel through this day, that my heart may be glad. Amen.

Kimberly Bracken Long, Feasting on the Word Worship Companion: Liturgies for Year A, Volume 1 (p. 142), Westminster John Knox Press. Kindle Edition.

The Feasting on the Word Worship Companion offers worship and prayer suggestions for each of the Sunday’s of the Church Year based on the Revised Common Lectionary calendar. Each week a “Household Prayer” for use in the Morning and another in the Evening is presented. This is the Household Prayer: Morning for the Second Week of Easter. ~Fr. Dan

Be well. Do good. Pay attention. Keep learning.
